British Board of Agrément – BBA
BBA Certificate 94/3010 covers Newton’s System 500 waterproofing membranes and System 800 damp proofing membranes.
Newton currently holds Gold (level 3) membership of Constructionline, the UK’s largest register of construction industry contractors, consultants and materials suppliers.

Environmental Product Declaration (EPD) Certifications
Environmental product declarations provide credible environmental performance data for our waterproofing products, and we are actively working with our partners to ensure that more of our products undergo full EPD assessment. A number of Newton’s products hold BDA Certification, including the external Type A Newton HydroBond System.
Newton has achieved a certificate of compliance from Samson, a supply chain management system that thoroughly audited a number of our processes, including Health & Safety, Equal Opportunity and Diversity, Environmental Management and Quality Management.
Newton has three CPD presentations within the RIBA Core Curriculum, each providing architects with double CPD points. We also host our products and systems on RIBA Product Selector.

Newton are pleased to be accredited by Acclaim, as it provides our customers with assurance that our systems and procedures exceed current health and safety standards.
Newton have achieved CodeMark certification for the Type C CDM Cavity Drain Membrane System. CodeMark is a voluntary product certification scheme that provides an easily-understood and robust way to show a building product meets the requirements of the New Zealand Building Code.
Our staff are able to provide guidance for projects of all sizes, whether you require some general advice about damp or waterproofing, or support with technical drawings and specifications.
We will be closing between Christmas and New Year, with the last day of operations being Friday 20th December. Last orders for delivery before Christmas therefore need to be placed by 2pm on Thursday 19th December, with final deliveries on Friday 20th December. After this, no deliveries will be possible until January 2025. The Newton branches in Tonbridge and Leeds will reopen in the New Year on Thursday 2nd January 2025.
