Managing Director
As the Managing Director of Newton since 2007, I am proud to lead a team of committed and talented individuals who are passionate about our business. With a background as a Technical Manager, I have been with Newton since 2002 and have seen our product portfolio grow significantly during my time here. We continue to invest in product development to provide our customers with quality products backed by the best training and support in the industry.
As the Managing Director of a 4th generation family business established in 1848, I am honoured to be a part of Newton’s long history of providing excellent products, service, and advice for structural waterproofing projects. Our ever-evolving and expanding team of talented and dynamic individuals are driving innovation through sustainability, design, and customer service, all while maintaining our reputation for quality and excellence.
Originally from Australia, I have been living in the UK with my wonderful wife Lucinda for over 25 years, and we have four feisty boys. When I’m not in the office, I love playing cricket as the captain of our Sunday village cricket team, as well as playing the guitar and piano.
I obtained my education from Deakin University from 1988 to 1990 and Federation University Australia from 1990 to 1994.
As a leader in the industry and a Certificated Surveyor in Structural Waterproofing (CSSW), I am always offering advice and guidance to the industry through our news pages and help and advice blogs.
