Offered in association with the School of Waterproofing, the Newton School of Waterproofing three-day intensive course takes participants through all aspects of waterproofing, including how to design a waterproofing system in accordance with the British Standard 8102:2022.
The following topics will be covered:
– Type A systems, design, preparation and application
– Type B systems, design, specification and identification
– Type C systems, design, specification and installation
Our in-house experts will tutor participants in waterproofing products, looking at the various systems and understanding when to specify each one, their successes and failures.
Further to this, there will be an in-depth overview of BS 8102:2022 and other guidance documents that need to be taken into consideration in waterproofing design.
Upon successful completion of the course, participants will receive a certificate of attendance.
