Cloud-connected devices are available in different options for new pump systems or retrofit solutions.

The Newton Cloud platform is a groundbreaking and innovative new cloud-based pump monitoring system.

The platform provides real-time monitoring of your basement pumping systems, delivering alerts for critical events directly to your mobile device via the Newton Cloud App. The integrated system combines cloud-connected hardware with our Newton Cloud platform to provide both contractors and clients with complete oversight and early warning of any potential issues.

The platform capabilities bring state-of-the-art level intelligence to both new pumping systems and existing installations, including a catalogue of live and historical data, such as:

  • Pump operation frequency and volume pumped
  • Alarm events and warning messages
  • Drainage channel water levels
  • Battery and inverter health data – not available on any other live monitoring system

Remote monitoring also enables easy access for service engineers, minimising costly site visits. The system even checks for upcoming weather events and monitors the overall system health in advance of approaching storms.

Say goodbye to reactive maintenance. Say hello to proactive, real-time, and intelligent monitoring. Trust Newton to ensure the integrity of all aspects of your waterproofing system, wherever you are in the world.

How the Newton Cloud System Works

The hardware components of the system are installed alongside the pumps, and serve as the interface between the physical pumping system and the cloud platform. The units collect data from the connect components and securely transmits it to the Newton Cloud via the internet connection in the property:

  • The Newton Pulse unit is designed for new pump system installations that require direct monitoring.
  • The Newton Bridge unit is designed specifically for retrofitting to existing pump systems and is compatible with older control panels and high water level alarms. This ensures that even existing pump systems that are already in place can benefit from state of the art, 24/7 remote monitoring.

Newton Cloud and Pump Monitoring Interface with Newton AppThe Newton Cloud App

Data from installed systems is easily and conveniently accessible via our online dashboard and mobile app compatible with both Apple and Android devices. At the touch of a button, contractors can access live monitoring data on all their installed systems, whilst clients can also get a complete oversight of their individual pump station, wherever they are in the world.

If an alarm event occurs then the app will deliver both email and push notifications to mobile devices, alerting all contacts on the status of the pumping system.

The built-in AI chatbot feature also ensures that any user can analyse the data from their pumping systems, assess what the different alerts and warnings mean, and calculate their servicing and maintenance schedules.

What are the Benefits to Homeowners?

Complete peace of mind, thanks to:

  • Real-time monitoring of your overall pump system health
